PAYING FOR EVENTS
On the following pages are the prices for this year's events. Booking early, and for a number of events, entitles you to several discounts. To use the table simply find the deadline date after the date on which you are making a booking and cross-reference with the events you are wishing to attend. This gives the prices per event and the final column says whether a discount is available for booking for another event at the same time as Renewal. The discount is available for each event that you book in this way. The discount is £5 off each event you book for, when you book for Renewal at the same time.

You can book for an event after the deadline but you must pay the full gate price.

CHILDREN'S PRICES FOR CURIOUS PASTIMES EVENTS FOR 2008
| UP to 6 years old (inclusive): Free |
| 7-15 years old (inclusive): Pre booked price £25, the discount for multiple bookings with Renewal |
| applies as above, the Gate price is £30 for any event, Thursdays cost is as normal. |
| 16 years and above: Full event costs as above |
| Thursday entrance price is free up to 6 years of age, otherwise the fullprice applies. |

For Vengeance and Renewal only you may arrive on the Thursday, after 12 noon, for an additional charge as follows:
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel a booking you must give notice in writing to the office at least 30 days before the event is held otherwise no refund will be given. All refunds will be subjected to a £10 admin charge.
WINTER SALE
Book for all the events together before 31/01/08 and get them for £150! (Arriving on Thursday at these events still requires the extra payment)
DISCOUNTS
If you are a student, unemployed or an OAP you are entitled to a further discount of £5.00 per event but only if you pre book for the event. This is in addition to any other discounts you may be eligible for by booking early. You will need to provide photocopied proof (NUS card, Pension book, Employment Service certification) of your status when booking to be eligible for this discount. These extra discounts are not cumulative with each other (i.e. No unemployed, OAP, students!)
BRING A FRIEND
Book for a friend to attend Renewal 2008 who did not attend Renewal 2007 and we will give you a further £5 discount off your own booking for Renewal 2008. This offer applies for each friend you book for, but bookings must be paid for in full at the same time you book. If you have already booked for Renewal but persuade a friend to attend then you will only be able to claim the discount against events for 2009. You will be sent a letter confirming what discount you can claim for 2008 should this happen. Please make sure that your friend adds your name to their booking form when booking.
TICKET TRANSFERS
Unfortunately due to a few people persistently abusing our ticket transfer policy we have reluctantly been forced to remove this offer. Curious Pastimes Ltd. will no longer accept transferred or sold on tickets. All tickets are only useable by the person named on the ticket. Tickets are non transferable and remain the property of Curious Pastimes Ltd. Curious Pastimes Ltd reserves the right to ask for additional proof of identity or to refuse entry in cases of suspect tickets.GROUP ADVENTURES
All of our events have a limited capacity for group adventures. These must be booked in writing at least 6 weeks prior to the start of the event that you wish them to be run at. It is your responsibility to also inform your faction of your request before you contact the office, to ensure that there is no conflict between what your desire and any Faction Plot of any kind. The cost of adventures is £10 per head and the balance must be paid to the Faction team member co-ordinating the adventure at the event. Please note the reference above to the limited number of group adventure spaces that will be available and try to put in your request as early as possible, as they will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
