Five years have passed since the terrible events in Polgooth. Thousands of Albion people lost their lives in the Keltoi invasion and the land is still suffering from the invaders brutal oppression. Fair queen Samatha has laboured long and hard to restore the area of Cornwall that the Keltoi destroyed yet the people still live in fear of another disaster.

And a disaster seems to have happened, news has reached the Warhost that Queen Samantha has disappeared, the temple of Melaphine attacked and rumours are the agents of the dreaded Spectre are responsible. If this was not enough it has also been reported that the vile druids who stole the High Kings child are abroad, corrupting the locals and spreading their gospel of pain and suffering.

One small hope remains. Locals claim that Polgooth is also the resting place of Merlin’s Forge. A mystical item used to create Excalibur itself. Legend speaks of the forge holding more than just the secrets of weapon crafting however. It is said that the forge is inscribed with words of power that can defeat any enemy, even one as powerful as the mighty Spectre. The Lions call on the people of all the nations to join them as they return to Polgooth. The time has come to turn the tide against the Spectre and his allies, to strike a blow for justice and vengeance, a time perhaps for revelations for all?
