| As the warhosts of the allied factions depart from the homelands of the Kabourashi, there is much for them to think about on their long journey home. The discovery of threats, incursions and the destabilizing of the planes The powerful members of the conclave and their schemes and plans The dawn of a new world that mortal will made manifest The Voyage home will be long but there is the offer of respite for those willing to make a slight detour. Umrada Cole and the Unicorn of Caledonia ‘Bree McFergus’ would like to invite all of the allied warhosts to join them for the Fayre of the Highland games graciously hosted by the McRob Clanfolk of Duin Fries. There will be festivities to enjoy and competitions of strength, cunning and skills for those who seek to prove their name or who are just out for the prizes. The Gathering will provide an opportunity for the Allied nations to come together to discuss what they have learned from the west and of the new world the fate touched created; and to make plans for the path and adventures ahead. Yet, for all its promises of relief and respite, this is Caledonia... A place of Honour and quick tempers, A people of family and grudges, A grey land of ancient legends and deep secrets, A country recovering from the desolation of many wars which have scarred land and people alike. The wise know to stay wary and to be ready while in the domain of the Cailleach. *** Directions to site and the gate to use *** We are fortunate enough to have a dedicated site entrance, so please be aware that you will not be able to access the event through the main Weston Park entrance that most sat navs will take you to. As such, when arriving at Weston Park please use the Shrewsbury Gates entrance onto Shrewsbury Drive (a road on the site) as described below. The main Weston Park postcode (TL11 8LE, which you will also get if you type “Weston Park” into something like Google Maps) will take you to the main Weston Park entrance gates. Using TF11 8PX will take you closer to the gate we’re using (Shrewsbury Gates) but unfortunately, due to the rural location, still won’t get you exactly there. Please see the map attached to this post that shows the gate we are using (the star on the map) and the entrances to avoid. The following link takes you too the map: https://ibb.co/6r9P9zN What3Words: ///willing.recount.merely (For the correct entrance.) *** Upon arrival *** You will be follow the signposted road for approximately 1 mile towards the Out of Character camping field, where you will again be met by members of the Event Team, who will get you checked in or help you pay for your event if not done. From there, they will direct you further depending on whether you need to access the In Character or Out of Character camping areas, and who will then show you where to park in the main car parking field. Please be aware that no vehicles are allowed onto the Out of Character camping field, although the areas you can unload from run right alongside this field. Whilst the site has excellent drainage and we do not foresee any issues, if the weather is particularly bad and we have to limit vehicle access to the IC field, we will be organising multi-vehicle shuttle runs from the nearest hardstanding to the IC field for player kit. If you are arriving after Time In on Friday and have any kit to unload for the IC area we should, weather permitting, have an unloading area approximately 100m from the edge of the main IC field to minimise the distance to the game area. |

Information on Buying Tickets
Prebooking tickets will save you more than 10% compared to paying on the gate.
If you are thinking of attending more than one event then you should consider creating a ticket bundle. Doing this can save you even more money than prebooking individual tickets.
After purchasing, tickets need to be claimed to turn them into their respective event tickets. This is a manual step and can be performed in the Transaction area of your Account Dashboard.
After being claimed event tickets should then be linked to the active character you are going to play. This will ensure that you earn credit towards your end-of-year additional veteran skill pick.
Individual tickets can be freely traded at any time before an event.
