Information on Ticket Bundles

Creating a ticket bundle is the quickest and simplest way to purchase tickets for multiple events. Additionally, purchasing tickets in this way will automatically apply any currently available discounts.

A 'ticket bundle' is a number of tickets that can be treated as a single item. Bundles can receive discounts, depending on the contents, and they can be easily transferred or gifted to another account.

Bundles need to be claimed to generate the contained event tickets. This is done automatically for the recipient if you transfer or gift the bundle, but is a manual step if you are going to use the ticket bundle yourself. This can be done in the Transaction area of your Account Dashboard.

Note: Individual tickets claimed from discounted bundles cannot be traded. The bundle itself can be traded before being claimed, but once claimed the generated tickets will be locked to that account.

For example, you cannot purchase a Winter Sale bundle for yourself and then give one of its generated tickets to a friend if you find that you cannot make that event.
