Claiming Your Tickets
Claiming your tickets:

For Yourself
If you're using the tickets, claim the bundle manually in the "Transactions" area of your Account Dashboard.

Gifting/Transferring
If you transfer or gift a bundle, the recipient automatically receives the claimed event tickets.
Important notes

Tickets claimed from discounted bundles cannot be traded individually.

You can trade the bundle itself before it's claimed, but once claimed, tickets are locked to that account.

For example, you cannot buy a discounted Winter Sale bundle for yourself and then give one of its tickets to a friend if you can't attend that event.
